Israeli Meat Producer Installs Transcritical CO2 Systems, Among Region’s First
An Israeli meat producer has installed a transcritical CO₂ (R744) refrigeration system — one of the first of its kind in the region. The system, designed and supplied by Nik Systems, was implemented in a large cold-storage facility. It operates efficiently even in high ambient temperatures and has demonstrated lower energy consumption compared to traditional HFC-based systems.
